Jakub Dargaj
I am a second-year PhD student at the University of Edinburgh working in Economics and Computation, under the supervision of Dr Aris Filos-Ratsikas and Dr Yiannis Giannakopoulos.
I hold a Master’s degree from the University of Copenhagen, where my thesis Computability and Bounded Rationality in Repeated Games, supervised by Prof Jakob Grue Simonsen, was awarded “IT Specialeprisen” 2019.
Before starting a PhD, I was a software engineer at the global market research platform Cint, developing services that match survey respondents to relevant studies.
My current research is in algorithmic contract design, particularly on contracts for agents with limited computational resources. I am also interested in computational aspects of mechanism design and social choice theory.
